I have over 30 years experience in real estate development and residential home building. I was an executive with a major homebuilder for many years prior to starting my own company, Mallard Homes, Inc in 1995. In addition to doing several of my own development projects I've guided builders and landowners through the ever challenging planning and regulatory approval process. I am a member of the California State Bar and a Real Estate Broker. Additionally, I have served on my local Planning Commission and Design Review Board for 12 years.
